The RISA Service Centre is the central point for Trainers to lodge Nominations, Acceptances, Scratchings, Stable Returns, Gear Changes and Riders for all Race Meetings run in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.
