Parking

Darwin Turf Club provides parking during standard race meetings & Carnival.

Normal Racedays

The main entrance accessible off Dick Ward Drive Fannie Bay boasts ample parking for Members and Non Members on our normal and feature racedays.

Darwin Cup Carnival

Due to the volume of cars over this period the Darwin Turf Club has made the inside of the track (centrefield) available for public parking. Access via Playford or Douglas Street and follow the signs to access the car park entry. This area is open on all Carnival race days from 9.30am - 7.00pm. On Cup Day, centrefield car parking opens at 7.30am. Cars left in centrefield overnight may be collected the following day between 9.30am - 1.00pm only.

The carpark accessed off Dick Ward Drive is reserved for Darwin Turf Club Members only and cars not displaying the DTC Member car pass will be turned away.

We recommend our members and the public utilise public transport on these days to alleviate the traffic congestion. Don’t forget the FREE public bus service operating from the CBD, Palmerston and Casuarina on Darwin Cup Day. (For further information you can also check local guides and Sundays edition of the NT News on Cup weekend).
